I have since come to learn that this was a show by the name of "The Sultan's Elephant," performed and orchestrated by a troupe called Royal De Luxe. The video was filmed during the performance that took place in London this past May. Royal De Luxe is next taking the show to Calais from September 28th to October 1st. Then to Le Havre from the 26th to the 29th o October. Just for everyone’s info.
