To All:
I’m a Pizza Hut driver in a small town and its been an overall good experience for me. I know sometimes I don’t always want to be there because I’m tired or stressed about something, but its generally good. I have to set the example for everyone else even if I’m not the manager. Everyone respects me because I follow the rules and use common sense. The managers and coworkers are courteous and respectful. The closing shift can be a bear at times but we usually get out by 12 M at the latest. We’re all a family/team and care about how each person is doing.

As far as the customers go, some can be pushy and irritated if you ask them to repeat themselves. I realize I’m on their good graces so I’d better be courteous even if I feel agitated because they’re ultimately the Boss. No orders -> no hours. People need to be respected as people, not just customers. If I come to work with the right attitude and want to do my best, everyone else benefits. If you treat people poorly, how do you expect they will reciprocate?

Key to succeed: do your best and communicate with both fellow workers and customers! Know the ins and outs of your job and go beyond expectations. You’ll eventually be rewarded.

When I don’t want to be at work, I focus on where my ultimate faith is, in God. If you don’t know where to turn, and have questions about the meaning of life. Feel free to contact me.

I love pizza! All I can say is that Pizza Hut ordering via phone today is manned with people who takes orders from the heart. We need to cooperate as much as we want to get our pizza right.

Wow all this stuff is like two years old…I wonder if any of these ppl even look at this page ne more…well ne ways I was a cook at pizza hut and it was pretty shitty (haha that rhymed). The pizza slut I worked at was full of family members, so of course ne one who was related got special treatment, and I was responsible for dishes and cooking, which doesnt sound to bad but trust me it sucked. On some nights they would have a mentally challenged person (she literally was, I’m not putting her down) doing dishes and she would take fucking forever. Sometimes we’d get so busy the ticket taker thingy that had ppls orders would drag all the way onto the floor and I’d get in trouble for it. I quit there after working for about 6 months, best decision I ever made. I’m not sure why I just wrote all this, but just to give a little insight, I never spit or degraded a customers order in ne way and I washed my hands constantly…

Pizza Hut will pass the buck, hell even at my Pizza Hut if we get an angry customer on the phone asking for management, they just say “Cant be bothered and put the fuckin cook on the phone!!”

I am not going thru the whole damn thing ,but just let me say that me and my wife have ordered pizza for delivery at least 13 times in the last fucking 4 months and only two out of the times we ordered were right. I have tried to contact upper mngt but i never get a return call. I know that they are people out there that complain all the time, but this is the only time ive ever called or been just pissed at the serv. they fucking suc ps any one know corp number

Do you understand the term “very few” ? Or, do you just not know what words mean?

I listed delivery time as one of five complaints I’ve had when ordering 50% of the time. That translates into one fifth of one half as an average, or 10%. Which means that around 90% of the time there is no problem with the delivery time. And, that’s just using the raw numbers that you cited. It’s actually greater than that, as each complaint I listed doesn’t each account for a full one fifth in occurrences. I’d say that my complaints regarding both food being under/overcooked and receiving the wrong order occur much more frequently than complaints regarding delivery times. So, the actual number, I’d say, is well over 90%. Of the orders I receive from Pizza Hut, far fewer than 10% arrive in a unreasonable amount of time – I’d call that “very few.”

Jeez, why did you ever even take a job at Pizza Hut? I’m sure you could have easily stepped into a position in rocket science any time you felt like it.

“My problems have been solely with their delivery service in my area – it really is a joke. I’d say we, quite literally, hit around a 50% problem-free ordering experience when we call for a delivery. At least half of the time we order either there is a fairly major hassle trying to get our order placed, the food arrives other than how we had ordered it, it’s cold or uncooked,
